Tip #1: Keywords for Great YouTube Videos

Keywords are an incredibly important in making sure your videos appear in the search results. Nobody is going to watch your videos if they can't even find them. There are many great tools out there such as TubeBuddy or vidIQ that help you uncover better keywords to make your videos shine.

Tip #2: Editing Videos for YouTube

Editing is hard, especially if you don't come from a videography background. But it's one of those skills that you should learn as you go. Putting out videos if much more important than being perfect. If you're not well verses in editing, you can always hire someone to do the editing for you off websites like Fiverr or UpWork. These sites have hundreds of people who are willing and able to help edit your videos.

Tip #3: Titles and Thumbnails for your Videos

Having a great video title and thumbnail is one of the most important things you can do to encourage people to watch your videos. These two components affect your videos click-through rate significantly. A click-through rate is an important metric to know and is the percentage of how many people click on your videos divided by how many people have seen your video in the search results. If you have a high click-through rate, YouTube will be more likely to recommend your video in the search results and it will have a better chance of getting more views. Thumbnails are also an super important because it's the most visual part of a YouTube video when it's in the search results. Even if you don't think the idea is perfect, it's still important to give it a chance and make a video. The more time you spend making and even watching videos, the more creative ideas you'll see. Try to balance your creative time with the time you spend filming and editing.

Tip #5: Being Confident on Camera when Filming YouTube Videos

Confidence doesn't always come naturally to people, especially when you're on camera speaking to hundreds or thousands of people. But practice makes perfect! You'll realized that the more you just "get out there" and film that the more comfortable you'll be. Confidence also comes easier to folks who have done their research. Being able to speak about a topic does wonders for confidence.

 Two of the most important recommendations for how to grow on YouTube in 2021 is to simply start filming and be consistent. Sent a publishing schedule and talk to your audience. Getting your audience involved in your journey makes growing easier. People like to watch people who are genuine and transparent in their journeys.

The YouTube Algorithm is where the like button, subscribe button, click-through rates, thumbnails, titles, and keywords all come together to get your video pushed out to thousand or millions of viewers.
