1. Flipping Products 👟
Flipping products occurs when you buy something then resell it at a profit. It can literally be any good that you’re able to sell at a premium. You can often find deals at garage sales or Goodwill and put them on eBay at a premium. Designer shoes and refurbished phones make great candidates for product flipping.
2. Secret Shopping 🛍️
Secret shopping is the perfect way to live for free. It involves going to businesses and restaurants just to rate your experience. You’ll not only get paid for your time, but you’ll often get to see a free movie or get a free meal. If you’re able to find secret shopping gigs that fit into your lifestyle, it’s an incredible opportunity to get paid and have fun at the same time.

3. Wholesaling Real Estate 🏡
Wholesaling real estate involves acting as an intermediary between a seller and a buyer. Often times, a wholesaler gets control of a property contract and then find a buyer to purchase the property at a greater price. This strategy is often used when sellers attempt to sell their real estate by the owner to avoid paying a 6% sale commission to a regular real estate agent. If the wholesaler can find a buyer for less than the 6% sale commission, all parties generally come out on top. Wholesaling is also great because it doesn’t require a tremendous amount of capital to start making money.
4. Bank & Credit Card Churning 💳
Bank account and credit card churning is a fantastic way to score free money. Many banks and credit unions offer cash bonuses when you open a new account or meet specific requirements after opening the account. These bonuses can be anything like scoring an extra couple hundred dollars or getting tens of thousands of travel miles. Either way, if you’re going to open a new bank account or credit card, you might as well get paid for it.

5. Ridesharing 🚗
Ridesharing is a great way to make extra cash and make it on your own terms. It involves either riding people around your city or delivering food. Apps like Uber and Lyft are great if you want to ride folks around, and DoorDash, Grubhub, and Postmates are great for food deliveries. Uber and Lyft offer food deliveries, too, if you wish to have one app. There’s even a newer trend now with grocery delivery services where you go to the grocery store, purchase groceries, and then deliver them to the customer. There are literally so many ways to make money with your car nowadays.
